Common fixes
- Weak ID: retake the photo in better light, crop closer and photograph any hallmark or label. See our photo guide.
- Subscription: manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Restore purchases in the app.
- Wrong category: add construction details and cross-check antique vs reproduction.
